VFR INTO IMC: When a VFR pilot inadvertently find themselves in IMC conditions, the result is overwhelmingly tragic - you have about 178 seconds to live! This discussion will be lead by Larry Martin. Larry will cover the issues associated with inexperienced pilots flying into the clouds. We will talk about the ways to escape this dilemma. IFR: Now you must choose: Is it better to try an instrument approach right away, or fly everything shut down until you reach VFR? Members watch 2 short videos scenarios and discuss how they would respond to the given situations. This is an open forum for free ideas and we all learn from shared experience! All are welcome to join in. With the combined IFR & VFR scenarios' this seminar should be 2 hours long and enhance everyone's education.
