Looking for a dark sky to fly in and enjoy? Come to Henderson Field (95IL) to fly-in, campout, and stargaze. The Astronomical Association of Southern Illinois will have several telescopes and special insight to the stars. A local historian will share stories of this unique area. A grill, water, and toilet are available but BYO food, drinks, and gear. RSVP to dwarner@theraf.org and pilots must review the 95IL safety briefing in Airfield.guide. Campers welcome but no hookups. 26th is rain date.
