As a pilot it is your responsibility to ensure the plane you fly is airworthy, during this seminar you'll learn what is required, some talking points will be: It is the pilot s responsibility to ensure the mechanic properly documents the aircraft s return to service. The return to service must be documented in the aircraft logbooks. Flying aircraft that have not been properly returned to service is not only contrary to regulations but may very well pose significant safety hazards.
