NAFI 2025 - Simulation Based Flight Training - At the PPC Education Center

By way of animated PowerPoint slides, video recordings, and live demonstrations of flight simulation software, the audience is taken through a lesson on how to land a glider and shown how simulation-based flight training leverages each of the Laws of Learning to maximize both the learning and teaching experience. Topics include: a brief overview of teaching/learning theory, the application of this theory to flight training, the inherent time/cost efficiencies and dramatically improved efficacy of simulation-based flight training, training venue options, minimal instructional equipment requirements. PRESENTED DURING THE EAA AIRVENTURE FLY-IN. NO FEE FOR THE NAFI PRESENTATIONS, BUT AN ENTRANCE FEE IS REQUIRED BY EAA AIRVENTURE TO ENTER THE GROUNDS.
