NAFI 2025 - Flight Training Fun and Fulfillment - At the PPC Education Center

The challenge of flight training involves mastering new skills, learning the language of aviation, and thinking in three dimensions, all involve stress far above what most people expect when they start flight training. What can we as flight instructors do to make flight training more fun and enjoyable, while still efficiently and cost effectively getting the client to their goal? This presentation discusses three Types of Fun , and how they relate to flight training and how we as flight instructors can make flight training more fun and enjoyable to keep students motivated, reduce the dropout rate, and develop safer and more confident pilots.
