Welcome to Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Flying Start! Our DeLand EAA Chapter 635 is hosting this program to welcome, inspire, and educate aspiring adult aviators about their pathway to becoming a pilot!The program consists of an EAA-prepared PowerPoint presentation, which is customized with information about our local chapter and flight training resources. The event will be capped off with a free introductory Eagle Flight with an EAA volunteer mentor pilot.Light refreshments will be provided (coffee/bagels/donuts), come out and follow your dreams and get involved in aviation today!For those driving to the event make sure your directions bring you down Marsh Rd to Old Daytona Rd. The EAA Hangar is on the east side of the airport.
