Best pancake breakfast in the Valley.  Hangar doors open 0700, breakfast served from 0730 to 1100. Three kinds of pancakes: "Plane", Pecan with cinnamon honey butter and Chocolate chip pancakes; Eggs - fried, "Plane" scrambled and Joeys Scrambled (ham, peppers, onions) Bacon, homemade Portuguese beans, biscuits with sausage gravy, fresh fruit, all the coffee you can drink, Orange juice and water.  Breakfast still $10 a person.
