Research has shown that most accidents are the result of many contributing factors and the removal of just one factor may have prevented the accident.  The objective of the Compliance Program is to identify safety issues that underlie deviations from standards and correct them as effectively, quickly, and efficiently as possible.  The goal is to increase safety in the National Airspace System by recognizing these factors and then mitigating them to prevent accidents.     WINGS/AMT credit available!
