Chapter 919 will hold its next meeting on Saturday, April 20, at the Winona Airport.  This is an open gathering so feel free to invite anyone with an interested in aviation.  This month, our speaker will be Edward Chapman.   Ed has a distinguished career as both a military and airline pilot.  He flew F-4 Phantom II fighters in Vietnam and is also a record setting balloonist.
