Jim Ratliff, CFII/MEI/ATP/Platinum CSIP; Chief Instructor, Tidal Aviation, will discuss what is required to be current as a pilot as defined by the FAA, and what is required as a pilot to be proficient enough to complete a safe flight. Are we competent and proficient to make important decisions operating our airplanes? How often are we evaluated and to what standards? It's up to us to train, practice and repeat!    This is approximately a 1.5-hour program.
