Lance Little, Houston FSDO, FAASTeam Program Manager, Aviation Safety Inspector, will discuss Illegal Air Charter Operations.  This discussion will include regulations and air charter operations, privileges and limitations for a PIC. Learn how pilots may share flight expenses, and the potential risks to their pilot certificates and careers by an inadvertent illegal charter flight. He will explain how to protect oneself, especially those holding Commercial and ATP certificates. If the FAA determines to investigate an aircraft s operation, the pilot may be the initial focus. This seminar will be 1.5 hours.
