It's cold outside! What do I do with my aircraft? Paul Bloch, Director of Maintenance at Thunderbird Aviation, will discuss preparing aircraft for the winter. First, he will discuss what to do if you decide to put your plane in a hangar for the winter. Second, he will give out pointers for winter flying: preflight, starting, runup, and flight. Finally, he will demonstrate another preventive maintenance action that owners and pilots are allowed to accomplish on their own.
