ERAU Flight Supervisor David Johnson and FAASTeam Rep Sean Clavey will be discussing Briefings and Personal Miniums. How often and when should you be briefing? Do you conduct briefings when there is no one else in the airplane? Briefings are a great way to establish your "flying mindset' before the wheels start turning. Do you know your personal minimums? Do your minimums change based on the type of flying and aircraft equipment? While ever elusive, personal minimums establish a non-regulatory set of standards to hold yourself to. Sharpen your pencils and be ready to write them down!
