This informational meeting will cover the pertinent parts of 61.113(c), AC 61-142, AC 120-12, 119.1(e), and 135.1. Additionally, during this discussion, the speaker will highlight the pilot privileges and limitations for the PIC, how a pilot may share flight expenses with passengers in a manner consistent with 14 CFR, and the general guidelines for determining whether current or proposed transportation operations by air constitute private or common carriage. The discussion will also briefly cover 91.23 and AC 91-37 for pilots that fly a shared ownership aircraft or an aircraft that is leased.
