Lt. Col. Fairfax O Riley (CAP), an aerospace engineer, computer software architect and pilot with 15,000 hours, will talk about his career in measuring and analysing pilot performance with digital tools. His experience includes significant time with the US Armed Forces as a contractor and at commercial airlines. Aerial Engagement has created a state-of-the-art public flight simulation center that is open to anyone for aviation exploration or instruction. While they are not a flight school and do not provide aircraft or employ teachers, they have the necessary technology and offer their facility to Independent CFIs and their students to utilize as they wish, and provide the latest training technology for aviators.
