Operations in the National Airspace System, Pilot Certification Requirements, Avoiding Mid-Air Collisions. Discuss Operations in Controlled and Regulated airspace, Pilot Certification Requirements, Remote ID, TRUST Test, FAA Enforcement, Authority of local, County, and State Law Enforcement Agencies. This event is geared toward providing sUAS pilots with information required for the operation of UAS in the National Airspace System, NAS. We will examine Certificate Requirements and Part 107 Regulations. We will also discuss the U.S.C. 44809 Exception for Recreational Pilots. We will also discuss Collision Avoidance Upon completion of the presentation, attendees will have a better understanding and vision of sharing airspace with manned aircraft within the NAS, particularly in Arrival and Departure environments of airports, and low altitude operations such as Agricultural Operations, Power line Inspections, Fire and Law Enforcement Ops.
