That New Strange Airplane and How To Deal With It.... General Aviation Joint Steering Committee has looked at a number of fatal accidents over the last decade and has noted some interesting trends: 1) The fatal accident rate for Experimental and Amateur Aircraft is more than twice the rate for GA aircraft. 2) A large number of accidents were felt to be caused by little or no transition training by the pilots involved. In this seminar we will look at some other issues and provide some guidance on how to select a pathway to move from large aircraft to smaller aircraft and small to large aircraft. Finding the correct Instruction is some times challenging .We will offer some ideas on this area also.
