The session will explore the levels of automation helicopters, how to properly use automation,the information available regarding the use in a particular helicopter type, how to train pilots to effectively use automation and how manual flying skills are affected with increase use of automation This presentation is offered at the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge at HELI-EXPO 2024. These sessions are FREE to all HELI-EXPO 2024 registered attendees and exhibitors. Attend at least six Rotor Safety Challenge sessions at HELI-EXPO 2024 and receive a certificate of recognition for completing the 2024 HAI Rotor Safety Challenge.
