This is a private event. Only invited instructors from the CAP will be on hand. Discussion about what it means to be a profession in the flight instruction world centering on human factors. After presentation a guided discussion on the state of the flight instructor world and how to provide professional instruction. The second portion of the event will be a review of the local areas accidents, incidents, and occurrences to see better how to tailor instruction to this area. Event starts at 0900 and will run to 1200. Snacks will be provided by Civil Air Patrol.
