This course introduces the highly visual Bow Tie Method of analyzing and controlling risk associated with operational hazards. With the Bow Tie Method, risk is broken down into its various components, allowing users to identify threats and consequences and the appropriate controls to mitigate risks to the organization, its people, and assets. This course is offered at the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge at HELI-EXPO 2023. These sessions are FREE to all HELI-EXPO 2023 registered attendees and exhibitors. Attend at least six Rotor Safety Challenge sessions at HELI-EXPO 2023 and receive a certificate of recognition for completing the 2023 HAI Rotor Safety Challenge. Take the Safety Challenge in three simple steps: 1. Select safety sessions to attend from the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge schedule. To see the full Safety Challenge schedule, visit https://heliexpo.com/hai-education/ 2. Upon entering or at the conclusion of each session, receive an official token from the room monitor. 3. Once you have earned at least six tokens, drop by the HAI Safety Zone on the show floor to turn in your chips and receive a certificate of recognition.
