Be Prepared the Boy Scout Motto is particularly important for us as we take to the friendly skies, regardless of whether we are flying on wheels or on floats. Survival tools and techniques for the seaplane pilot are a bit different than what is needed for flying on wheels, and Charles Scott will delve into what he feels to be important as one prepares for seaplane flying. Charles Scott boasts 32 years of aviation experience, with 27 years spent as a flight instructor and the Owner of Brainerd Aviation. He specializes in emergency maneuver training, basic aerobatics, and ground school courses. In addition to his instructional roles, Charles has piloted for part 135 operations, corporate flights, and managed aircraft for various entities. He also serves as a licensed Peace Officer in Minnesota, currently flying as a Conservation Officer Pilot for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Enforcement Division.
