This briefing will show the process of how accidents are tracked and followed on a world-wide basis and we use case studies to review the latest trends and lessons learned. We wil go over the following key elements: 1. How accidents are tracked and investigated. 2. What do the statistics say? We will review. 3. What are the common themes and mistakes. 4. What solutions do we have available? 5. Case studies of some interesting accidents that can provide some lessons learned. WINGS/AMT credit available!
