Feature One: Non-Towered Airport Operations, recently there have been several fatal accidents that have involved airport traffic pattern operations. Non-Towered Airports pose additional threats to the operator. Use of standard traffic pattern practices can help mitigate the risks involved with these operations. Feature Two: Illegal Charters, there are many different variations of illegal charters. The so called "Flight Department Company" has become a much seen variant of the illegal charter that is misunderstood. Free food and soft drinks provided by the Poplar Bluff airport management!
