Attend the Stinson Summit 2023!Join your fellow Stinson enthusiasts during the 2023 Stinson Summit September 14 - 17 in Quincy IL. The Stinson Summit has become the primary event to learn how to care and maintain Stinson airframes and Franklin engines. A great mix of fun events and technical forums allow owners to network with fellow Stinson enthusiasts on maintaining their aircraft.Everyone who owns or wants to own a Stinson is welcome to attend!Plenty of 108 models, as well as Round Engine Stinsons will be on site this year.Summit 2023 will be held again at the Quincy, IL Regional Airport with social activities in downtown Quincy and surrounding areas. Activities begin Thursday Sept. 14 through Sunday Sept. 17.Thursday 9/14 - Arrivals all day, evening welcome dinnerFriday 9/15 - Technical sessions begin at 9:00 AM, evening dinner and fun downtown QuincySaturday 9/16 - Early morning flyout for breakfast, chicken . Afternoon technical sessions. Evening show and tell of each airplane, car show, dinner at the airportSunday 9/17 - Optional breakfast, departures.We are expanding the benefits of attending some technical sessions in cooperation with the FAA thanks to the help of Jason Blair Stinson owner, aviation writer, CFI, and DPE . Attendance to some sessions will qualify for Flight review ground requirements for your next BFR. Also some sessions may qualify for FAA Wings Credit.Join us other Stinson enthusiasts for a weekend of technical sessions,FAA credits and of course, plenty of fun!
