Through a combination of presentation and discussion this seminar will cover the Airman Certification Standards regarding operating rules, pilot certification and airplane equipment requirements for flying in special use airspace, special flight rule areas and other airspace. The presentation will cover nine types of airspace: Prohibited, Restricted, National Security Areas, Warning Areas, Military Operations Areas, Controlled Firing Areas, Alert Areas , Air Defence Identification Zones and Special Flight Rule Areas. Factors contributing to Airspace Incursions and intercept procedures will also be covered.
