He suffered an electrical bus failure which knocked out everything electrical to the right side of the airplane. Avionics, fuel controllers, fire detection, engine monitoring, landing gear, autopilot, and crew communications to list a few, all gone at once. He'll going to discuss - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - of his first hand experience with some Human Factors that made handling this emergency difficult for me in the hope that it will help someone else have a better outcome if they ever find themselves in a tough situation.
