Flying inherently has RISKs. How we Manage these RISKs is critical to Flight Safety. As Pilot In Command we are responsible for the conduct of the flight and the Safety of our passengers. During flight training we are introduced how to managing emergencies but not so much in Risk Management. Risk Management is relatively a new term to GA, in the military it is called ORM (Operatioanl Risk Management). In this presentation we will develop techniques and procedures on how to identify RISK, how to evaluate RISK, and how to Manage these RISKs. as an aid to the Safety of Flight.
