On Saturday, September 9 from 3 - 7pm, Plymouth Airport, 246 South Meadow Road, will welcome the public for its first-ever Props & Hops Open House. The event will feature live music, food trucks, local breweries, ice cream stands, airplane rides and a display of general aviation aircraft. Props & Hops is organized by the Plymouth Aero Club and proceeds will fund scholarships to aid students interested in an aviation career. Visitors are invited to stroll along a display of parked aircraft and bring a lawn chair to enjoy the music from That 80s Band. Singer Morgan and the band features dance, rock, pop, new wave and big hair songs that everyone knows. Plymouths breweries Mayflower and Indie Ferm will feature their local brews. Barbeque from South Shore Smoke House and hand-crafted sandwiches from Moms-On-The-Go will be available. The Kona Ice Truck will be serving many flavors of shaved ice. FREE parking. Admission is $10 online and $15 at the gate. Kids 10 and under are free.
