Join a panel of some of the world's most experienced experts as we explore the fascinating and demanding world of aviation accident investigation. They will share some personal stories, triumphs, and tragedies that seasoned accident investigators experience from when they grab their go bags until the final report is released. They will then share valuable tips that pilots can immediately use to prevent the most common accidents. Finally, the panel will review several NTSB recommendations that have helped prevent repeat accidents and offer top tips based on their lifetime of experience to help you become a safer pilot. A brief question and answer period will follow the discussion.
