This 2 hour meeting will consist of a review of Risk Management in General Aviation: What it is, how it should be implemented and how well it works. Practical applications of risk management strategies for successful planning and execution of typical flights will be provided. Additionally, there will be some case studies for discussion on which things were successful and which were not during these flights. Jeff Kling is a FAASTeam Safety Representative in Houston, an ATP rated pilot, mechanic (A&P) and has been a successful flight instructor (CFI, CFII, MEI) in the Houston, TX area for almost 30 years.
