Information on weather conditions along the route of flight is vital in assisting general aviation pilots from exceeding personal minimums and preventing accidents. The FAA has funded installation of weather observation camera sites covering areas where weather information has not been previously available. This seminar makes pilots aware of the presence of weather cameras and how to use them in a safe and effective manner.
