This seminar will define normalization of deviance supported by past examples. Attendees can use the lessons learned in past examples to recognize any personal deviations in their own operations, and use the tools and techniques discussed to avoid "predictable surprises". While the topic is certainly applicable to other fields, this seminar will focus on aerospace.
