Our speaker will be Lt. Col .Todd Walton, Vice Commander of the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, based at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. The Milwaukee-based air refueling wing celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2022 and we expect that Lt Col Walton will fill us in on the wings history, its current mission and, perhaps, a glimpse into its future.
