The Minneapolis Center Operation Raincheck program has been going strong since 2009 and has been presented to over 1,770 aviators nationwide. The presentation includes information on submitting PIREPs and the type of information they may contain, proper planning to avoid runway incursions and Special Use Airspace violations, the difference between VFR flight plans and VFR flight following, discreet border crossing codes and much more.
