Human factors training for pilots and flight instructors is beneficial, not only in preventing accidents, but also in improving day-to-day aviation operations. This interactive seminar will focus on: General aviation accidents have resulted from human factors issues. Human biases can cause pilots to ignore critical information, exceed aircraft limitations, and persist with mission plans despite compelling evidence that safer courses of action are available. Over reliance on aircraft automation can diminish situational awareness and degrade hand-flying skill. Please register early!
