A great way to start the New Year -- A discussion of the leading cause of accidents in aviation -- Human Factors. We ve come a long way in GA Safety and, if we keep doing what we re doing, we can expect the accident rate to stay where it is. But, we ll have to explore some new ground if we re going to drive the GA Accident Rate lower. We re going to have to look at how and why humans succeed .. and fail! This presentation, created in conjunction with the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority, does just that.
