Safer Flying Through the Application of Risk Management Processes The General Aviation Joint Steering Committee (GAJSC) has studied a number of General Aviation accidents that were caused by inaccurate and/or unreasonable expectations with regard to risk assessment and mitigation. This short program will introduce the subject of Safety Risk Management and offer some practical examples of SRM in practice.
