Introduction to Human Factors and How to Reduce Human Errors in Aviation If we re going to drive the GA Accident Rate lower. We re going to have to look at how and why humans succeed and fail. Teaching Points: Human Factors study applies knowledge of the human body and mind to better understand human capabilities and limitations. Understanding how we function under stress and managing our responses makes it more likely we ll successfully handle an in-flight emergency. A review of the foundational elements of safety.
