We are privileged to have a special speaker presenting, St. George Airport Mgr Richard Stehmeier. He is the current president of the Utah Airport Operator Assoc. His presentation will be on preflight planning, focusing on NOTAMS and risk management in cross-country planning. Background info: St. George's frequency change issue created some problematic situations. We have extra bonus material with updates of what is happening at the airport. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
