Join Operations Inspectors Don Riley and Greg Young from the Federal Aviation Administration's Special Emphasis Investigations Team (SEIT) for a general overview of illegal charters and how a pilot/owner or operator might get into trouble. Also included, a discussion on pilot privileges/limitations and how misunderstanding these may play into an illegal charter. Then a popular topic these days, the do s and don ts of expense sharing. Then a closeout with resources available to go to for help. The goal is not to make illegal charter experts but to bring a heightened awareness on what to look out for BEFORE something happens.
