Tips and Techniques for a Better Instructor/Learner Relationship This webinar will examine instructor/learner relationships. We will discuss the requirements and obligations of both the flight instructor and the learner (student pilot) in the context of how to get the most out of every flight. We will also discuss how to handle situations such as feeling pressure, what to expect from your instructor, your instructor scheduling flights outside of a normal syllabus flow, how to get on the flight schedule, what do if you need a break, how to be a "good student" every instructor appreciates flying with, and requesting an instructor change. We will also look at real world situations that happen in everyday flight training and provide tips and techniques for how to handle them from both the learner (student pilot) and instructor perspectives.
