The FAA regulation requiring safety management systems (SMS) is coming soon and your current staff and management need to prepare for it. This session will address the problems that small operators face when they try to comply with the SMS mandate. We will also discuss the changes needed to develop an effective SMS. This course is offered at the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge at HELI-EXPO 2024. These sessions are FREE to all HELI-EXPO 2024 registered attendees and exhibitors. Attend at least six Rotor Safety Challenge sessions at HELI-EXPO 2024 and receive a certificate of recognition for completing the 2024 HAI Rotor Safety Challenge.
