Dan Dusterberg, Aperture Aviation Understanding the basic safety cycle for small operators can be daunting. In this session Dan will spend time discussing strategies for risk identification, safety review, safety decision making, the critical relationship between safety and training, and evaluating the safety results. Additionally, Dan will discuss how to develop safety value propositions to present to stakeholders when capital investment is required. This session is best suited for those currently leading or looking to lead flight departments with effective safety programs.
