How to use the ForeFlight app for storing aircraft information and flight planning. This is the second in the series of discussions from Fred Nauer, Assistant Chief Flight Instructor, Thunderbird Aviation, on the ForeFlight Electronic Flight Bag. He will finish the introduction started in January. The main topic this month will be how to enter aircraft into the ForeFlight system to maximize the utilities offered in the program. Also covered will be entering information for both VFR and IFR flight planning and instructions on how to use the system to file, open, and close the flight plan.
