The San Diego FSDO would like to encourage flying friendly by informing pilots of noise regulations, voluntary noise abatement procedures, and a review of some local complaints. The presentation will be followed by time for questions and answers with representatives from the San Diego FSDO, Airport Operations, and Palomar Tower.
