Flight Plans and Flight Following and Weather Briefing

Take Flight Aviation is offering the 10th of a series of 13 spring workshops designed to support a solid foundation as a student obtaining their Private Pilot Certificate. Courses are open to any student pilot obtaining lessons anywhere. This class is great for the Rusty Pilot! You can attend individual sessions and do not need to take the entire course. What questions do you have about obtaining the weather? We are here to answer more of your questions. We will learn the about a filing a flight plan and the options for opening and closing a flight plan. We will learn about flight following, radio calls and requesting it, stopping it. We will call and obtain a weather briefing again in this class to continue to build your confidence and comfort doing so.You can attend two individual sessions of this 13 series at no cost there is a small cost for the subsequent sessions.
