Engagement is a critical facet of any safety program. However, it's often a misunderstood and under supported safety task. Engagement is a key element to cultivating a strong safety culture. It shows teammates that they are integral to their organizational safety performance, and that their participation makes a difference. Join us for a discussion on the key considerations and tips for driving safety program buy-in and engagement in your organization. This course is offered at the HAI Rotor Safety Challenge at HELI-EXPO 2024. These sessions are FREE to all HELI-EXPO 2024 registered attendees and exhibitors. Attend at least six Rotor Safety Challenge sessions at HELI-EXPO 2024 and receive a certificate of recognition for completing the 2024 HAI Rotor Safety Challenge.
