Illegal Charters The Violation you save may be your own. Illegal Charter Operations pose a serious safety hazard to the traveling public. FAASTeam REPs Mike Roth (East Michigan area and Jason Blair (GRR area) will be the primary speakers to help foster pilots understanding of Part 61 privileges and charter certificate holders differences. Jason Blair will also add the DPE perspective of Illegal Charter knowledge expectations for check rides to ensure pilot applicants understand their limitations of their certificate privileges.
