This training event will explore a VMC( VFR) Flight decision To GO or Not to GO. Participants will listen to the scenario and evaluation their personal decision based upon the facts given to them. A short VFR quiz will be given. The second part of the meeting the participants will listen to a real actual IMC scenario and be given an opportunity to express their views and ADM decision making skills.
