Among the activities at EAA Chapter 1167 event are aircraft static displays, free airplane rides for Young Eagle members, and lunch which is free for Young Eagles and their volunteer pilots. Parents will need to attend to sign their children (8 to 17 years old) up for this free event.The event will be held at the FBO at Conway Airport. If driving, from Highway 501 in Conway turn west on Highway 378 and its about 3 miles on your left. The address for those using their GPS, its 1700 Airport Road, Conway, SC 29527. If flying in, Conway is HYW. Its class G Uncontrolled, paved with no tower, and we have fuel on site. There is no admission charge for the event. The Young Eagles program is also free.
